The 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer will start at $19,995 when it goes on sale in the United States next spring.
For that price, buyers will get themselves into the entry-level Trailblazer L trim. Standard equipment includes a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto along with a suite of active safety technologies, including forward collision alert with emergency braking and lane keep assist. This model will also come equipped with the turbocharged 1.2-liter LIH three-cylinder engine, good for 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, and a continuously variable automatic transmission.
Stepping up to the Trailblazer LS model, which starts at $22,495, opens up the powertrain options a bit. The LS can be equipped with all-wheel drive for an extra $2,000, which will also add the more powerful turbocharged 1.3-liter L3T engine. The slightly larger three-cylinder is good for 155 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque and is paired with an nine-speed automatic when paired with all-wheel drive. The LS also gets larger 17-inch wheels as part of its standard equipment package.
The 1.3-liter three-cylinder is a standalone option on the Trailblazer LT trim level and up, available with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The LT starts at $24,595 for a 1.2-liter model with front-wheel drive and adds more equipment to the mix.
Meanwhile, the Trailblazer Activ model starts at $26,395. Serving as the off-road inspired trim level in the range, it comes standard with a faux front skid plate, unique damper tuning, different 17-inch wheels and Hankook Sport Terrain tires. It comes standard with the 1.3-liter engine and front-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive costing $1,500 extra.
The Trailblazer RS serves as the range-topper, priced from $26,395. This model gets its own unique exterior appearance with a sporty front fascia, gloss black exterior trim and RS badging. It also comes standard with the 1.3-liter engine and front-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive also only costing $1,500 extra here.
The 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer will hit Chevy dealerships in early 2020. It will be built at the GM Bupyoeng Plant in South Korea.

Pricing seems ok. It should sell well as long as the options don’t push it too high. This seems to be quite different than the way overpriced Blazer starting at $29,000 before shipping! Put anything on that and you push 40 grand + in a hurry.
Just like a $59,000 C8.
That GREAT GM FEELING.
