2020 Chevrolet Blazer Gets New Iridescent Pearl Color: First Look

The 2020 Chevrolet Blazer features various minor changes and updates, including the addition of three new exterior colors: Midnight Blue Metallic, Bright Blue Metallic, and Iridescent Pearl Tricoat. Here’s our first look at the new, white tricoat color.

Availability

Assigned color code G1W and touch-up paint code WA-140X, Iridescent Pearl Tricoat is one of two white hues available for the 2020 Chevrolet Blazer. It’s also the only tricoat color option available for Chevy’s crossover SUV.

The new Iridescent Pearl color is not included in the base price of the 2020 Blazer. Instead, it will cost an extra $995. In addition, the new white hue is not offered on the base L model, but can be matched with all interior color combinations.

  • RS
  • Premier

2020 Chevrolet Blazer Interior Color Combinations:

  • Jet Black
  • Dark Galvanized with Light Galvanized
  • Jet Black with Maple Sugar

Launch Timeframe

As of this writing, 2020 Blazer units have already started to arrive at dealers, as the GM Ramos Arizpe plant, located in the state of Coahuila, Mexico has been producing the vehicle for a couple of months. As such, Chevrolet Blazer models in the Iridescent Pearl exterior color are on dealer lots. Availability will vary by dealer, so check with yours for complete details.

  1. This is a nice color . I had a 2017 GMC Terrain Denali paint color called White Frost that may be similar to this , had ALOT of compliments on it . The other new color that I’ve seen is the Midnight Blue which looks awesome on the RS trim .
    GM has come a long way in their paint finishes in the last few years .

  2. Disguisting and down right disrespectful to the Chevy K5 Blazer!! This cheap imitation of a Ka Sorento! I have been a loyal chevy customer for over 40 years look like Ill be a proud owner of the new Ford Bronco! At least Ford kept it traditional and classic to the heritage of the old Bronco.Sad day
