The Chevy booth at the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas had loads of interesting new concepts and products on display this year, including this 2020 Chevrolet Silverado Redline Concept. Similar to previous Redline vehicles, the new Silvy design study sports a variety of fresh gear to add a little extra performance flavoring to the pickup.
Up front, the latest Chevrolet Silverado Redline concept is equipped with a new black grille treatment, which stretches across the pickup’s nose to connect the headlamp housings. Speaking of which, this Redline concept also comes with high-intensity LED lighting elements fitted inside dark bezels.
Lower in the fascia, we find a pair of red recovery hooks, which are set inside black lower surrounds.
Moving to the profile, we find this Chevrolet Silverado is equipped with a front and rear lowering kit, which isn’t part of the Redline Package concept, but comes as a nice complement to the street style all the same.
With regard to the package, the doors get black handles, below which sit black four-inch tubular side steps. There’s also red striping added to the sideview mirrors. The corners are dominated by 20-inch black-painted wheels with red hash marks. Black Silverado badging can be found on the fenders.
Finally, the rear end shows off black dual exhaust tips with a trapezoidal shape. Don’t forget the final Chevrolet and Silverado badging.
This particular concept is based on the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado RST, which means it’s also rocking body-finished front and rear bumpers, LED fog lamps, LED lighting for the cargo area, and a power release tailgate.
Previously, GM released a Silverado Redline concept at the 2015 SEMA Show, following it up with a production version for the 2017 model year. If GM gives this latest concept the go-ahead, we would expect it to launch for the 2021 model year.
