Magnuson has released its largest supercharger yet for the General Motors 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine in the way of the new TVS2650R high-flow supercharger.
The TVS2650R upgrades the stock 1.7-liter supercharger from the LT4 V8 to a larger 2.65-liter unit. The TVS2650R uses the same Eaton rotating components as the stock Eaton TVS2650 blower found on the 755 horsepower 6.2-liter LT5 V8 engine, helping to delivery outputs of over 1,200 horsepower with the right accompanying modifications. This blower also fits under the stock hood of LT4-equipped Corvettes and Camaros (that includes the C7 Corvette Z06 and sixth-gen Camaro ZL1) with no cutting or modifying of the cowl necessary.
Magnuson’s superchargers use OEM validated components, giving them a similar size and shape to a stock unit (though professional installation is obviously still required). Magnuson says buyers will need to relocate the coils and/or get new valvetrain covers to accommodate installation of the TVS2650R as well. The supercharger also comes standard with a 90mm pulley and 90mm inlet, although a 103mm inlet is also available.
So if you drive a C7 Corvette Z06 or sixth-generation Camaro ZL1 and want more power from the 6.2-liter LT4 V8, you now have the largest Magnuson blower on the market at your disposal – though it’s an upgrade that doesn’t come cheap. Prices start at $5,995, as per the manufacturer’s online shop. Then again, if you have a 650 horsepower car and want to make it faster, you’ve probably accepted that it won’t be cheap to apply the proper upgrades.

From the way that this Magnuson engine looks, it was purpose developed to sit in the C8 Corvette and whether it’s a supercharged variant of the current LT2 or what is essentially the LT1, if this is capable of generating 755hp, it will definitely capable of a getting the C8 Corvette to at least the top speed of the 2019 Chevrolet C7 Corvette ZR1 of 212 mph.
not sure about what you said but its for hi hp in the lt4 and forged short blocks. You would blow up an lt1 or lt2 with 700 whp as internals are not forged. I know about this stuff
Does this void the warranty if installed by a authorized installer?
you would have to mod the ECU etc with supporting mods and more likely yes. I am running this on a fully built motor for around 1100 whp
