The J.D. Power 2019 UAE Customer Service Index Study surveyed 3,877 vehicle owners who purchased a new car in the last five years. Based on the study, GMC has the highest customer satisfaction in the UAE for after sales service, while Cadillac is the highest for luxury brands.
Additionally, the study found that customers who are most satisfied with their after sales service are 67% more likely to buy their car from the same dealership. GM Middle East says this “speaks to General Motors’ strong repeat customer business.”

The two major GM dealers in the UAE, Bin Hamoodah and Al Ghandi Auto, have also been recognized by GM for their efforts in customer satisfaction.
