Camaro SS Owner Gets Instant Revenge For Hit And Run: Video

There are few things more satisfying than reading tales or watching videos depicting petty revenge or instant karma. We think it’s incredibly gratifying watching bad actors get brought to justice, and if you agree with us, we think you’ll like the video we have for you today.

This video was taken from a dash cam attached to a sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro SS. According to the videographer and vehicle owner, he was sitting in a lane that gave the option to go straight or turn left when someone sideswiped him trying to go straight from the left-turn-only lane. The perpetrator fled in their car, a white Nissan Altima, and the Camaro owner promptly gave chase, quickly reeling the pathetic Nissan sedan in with his 6.2-liter Small Block V8 and superior driving skills.
Camaro-SS-Crash-Video-2Chasing the Nissan down a single-lane country road, the two eventually came upon your average North American commuter’s worst nightmare: a turn. In a truly sad display of driving skills, the Nissan driver understeers wide and plows straight into a tree, burying its front wheels in mud and allowing the Camaro driver to box them in. This doesn’t stop the Nissan driver, now revealed to be a younger woman, from grabbing what looks to be some fast food from the back seat and fleeing on foot.

There’s a bonus moment of hilarity when she tries to flag down a car driving by, which swerves out of her way and leaves her hopelessly flailing in anger as she walks down a lonely rural road. Womp womp.

The Camaro owner says the driver had no license, no insurance and that the Nissan was not even her car. She was later caught by police thanks to his dashcam video.

Check out the video embedded above, but be warned there is some foul language used when the two drivers confront each other, so you may want to grab some headphones if you are in public or have the kids around.

  2. Trump talk is at a whole new level these days. Thanks for your unrequested political diarrhea and your fourth grade writing style.
    Now back to the article…
Chasing a suspect, though the prospect of serving justice is sweet, is inherently dangerous and inadvisable. High speeds and provoking possibly armed, desparate suspects is on the same level as messing with lions, tigers and bears- you might not make it home. This victim operated well within his skills and means to continue to observe and report well enough that true justice was eventually served. Sorry for your bad day sir but I commend your actions, thanks for the vid, and wish you many more fast miles ahead with your SS.

  3. had a somewhat similar thing happen when i had my 06 CTS-V. Paintball gun, eggs, and brick/stones from an oncoming car. They were shooting pedestrians too. Idiots went for the country where it’s all straight roads and can see them for miles from a safe distance.
Intercepting cop saw me slide through a left hander at 60-70km/hr. After the fact told me to never do that again, but also said it grinning.

It is people like this that bleed our system dry and make all of us pay higher insurance rates.

She was lucky this guy was nice. Some folks would have pulled a gun on her.

  15. Unfortunately, in many places, like New York for example, leaving the scene of a property damage accident is merely a traffic infraction punishable at MOST by a $250 fine and 15 days in jail which you could at MOST serve 10 days (“good behavior”).

If this was her first offense, jail is incredibly unlikely. From my 25 years of courtroom experience, he sounded dumb constantly threatening her with the prospect of jail time.

The Camaro driver and/or his insurance company may try to go after her, but as the old saying goes, you can’t get blood from a stone.

On the other hand, if the Camaro plowed into her during the “chase” and she got hurt, he’d be in a world of legal trouble.

While it worked out in this case, the right thing to do would have been to confirm make, model, plate and driver description and call the police.

I’ve had other political and inappropriate comments removed, even my own, so stay on topic….. IT’S ABOUT GM PRODUCTS AND ISSUES!!! Stupid driver with stupid results to a GM car owner, nothing more. Get over it.

  18. I’m just confused why dude didn’t follow her to see where she was going…. and also just saying. When he sped up the video of her walking with her food.. LMFAO.. we all know that’s the fastest she’s walked in her life.. let alone the most exercise she has had in a while??

    1. It doesn’t matter. He has video of her leaving the scene of an accident, and she was being uncooperative. If it were me, I’d remind her of her legal obligation as a motorist, but I wouldn’t try to restrain or chase after her.

Furthermore, she “left behind” the VIN, and that can be traced to an owner who may know who she is because I doubt that she is the lawful owner of the Altima.

  20. NO license, NO insurance, NOT her car, and I wouldn’t be shocked if she is NOT a citizen. The unfortunate guy that owns that lovely Camaro SS will get to foot the bill. She’ll probably get a slap on the wrist. WTF??!!

  21. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Taking off like a madman and chasing someone could be easily be made out to be road rage and the person prosecuted, or in worst case scenario getting some 9mm pumped into them.
