NASCAR To Give Away A Customized Chevy Silverado 1500

A new NASCAR promotion will see three full-size, light-duty pickup trucks given away to fans of America’s biggest motor racing series: one Toyota Tundra, one Ford F-150, and one Chevrolet Silverado 1500. But there’s a twist: each week through November 18th, fans will vote on whatever custom accessory they’d like to see added to each truck, the most popular accessory from each week being included with the vehicle free-of-charge.

By the end of the promotion, the Chevy Silverado 1500 that some lucky NASCAR fan will get to take home could include everything from all-weather floor mats, to custom black bowtie badging, to a tonneau bed cover.

Interested? We thought you might be. Contestants can enter to win up to once per day, per truck. So, you can head to PlayoffsPromo.NASCAR.com right now and enter to win a brand-new, fan-built Chevy Silverado 1500, Toyota Tundra, and Ford F-150. NASCAR races will bring with them even more chances to win, as during each race broadcast, a code will be revealed that contestants can enter for ten additional chances to win. Additional prices from official NASCAR partners will also be given away each week as part of the promotion.

About The Chevrolet Silverado 1500

The full-size, light-duty Chevy Silverado 1500 has been completely redesigned for the 2019 model year, now rolling on GM’s T1 vehicle platform, and weighing in hundreds of pounds lighter than the outgoing version of the truck. It boasts a brand-new exterior design, interior design, new technologies, and some brand-new powertrains.

The all-new, fourth-generation Silverado 1500 is the culmination of over 7,000 customer interviews, according to Chevrolet – the most intensive research in its history. The brand has confirmed that the pickup will use “higher-grade alloy steel” in the bed floor as well as various mixed materials, resulting in a reduction in weight and improved performance. The 2019 Silverado will also offer an expanded range of eight models, along with more engine/transmission combinations and more technology and convenience features.

  1. FYI – the contest offers a new 2018 Silverado, not a 2019. It’s still a chance at a free truck, though….

  2. Nascar fan voted accessories? So the trucks will come with Kappa girl mud flaps, bull bar, and a bumper mounted hitch ball

    1. And a bag of pork rinds, a trucker cap, a cracker jack box engagement ring for the winner to give to his cousin and Lynard Skynard’s greatest hits.

    1. “Loyalty has its advantages!”

Too bad it doesn’t translate into increasing your statistical likelihood of winning.

We’ve been though this before, Brian. You can be as loyal as you like, but in a lottery raw numbers determine winners and losers, and your personal enthusiasm or eagerness means nothing when the percentages have many hundreds of zeros after the decimal point.

      From the posted rules:

“5. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) potential winner of the Grand Prize (defined below) will be selected in an individual random drawing on or about 11/26/18 from among all eligible Grand Prize Drawing entries and bonus entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Grand Prize Drawing entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.”

Even if you were chosen to make the short list, your ‘win’ is ultimately determined by someone else.
