Custom Caravaggio Corvette Z06 Models Add Pinches Of Luxury

The C7 Corvette Z06 isn’t exactly known for its luxurious interior, but Ontario, Canada-based Caravaggio has aimed to change that. The company showed off two Caravaggio Corvette Z06 models with unique interior and exterior appointments.

The Caravaggio Corvette Z06 focuses on the finer things, such as alcantara, premium leather and a few other unique elements. Stepping into the black model, a linen leather color greets the driver and passenger. The Sebring race seats feature custom black gloss covering on their backs, which also finds its way to the steering wheel and dashboard. Brushed aluminum replaces carbon fiber bezels inside as well. Bless any owner wary of fingerprints and dirt on gloss black trim and white leather.

Front and center sits the steering wheel with a few minor modifications. Caravaggio has screened the “Z06” emblem onto the steering wheel and added thumb grips for a slightly more exotic feel.

Outside, things are less dramatic. The black Caravaggio Corvette Z06 features gloss black trim pieces that once again replace carbon fiber elements. Additionally, the grille is finished in matte black while the car rides on custom wheels.

The silver Corvette Z06 spices things up even more.

Custom Bengalot leather interior washes over the cabin offering a contrast from the silver exterior paint. Again, Sebring race seats find their way to the Corvette, but here, a Bengalot carbon fiber shell is present. Carbon fiber also finds its way to bezel, dashboard, steering wheel and door panels. Like the black model, the silver Caravaggio Corvette also gains thumb grips on its steering wheel.

The exterior jazzes things up more with matching Bengalot aero kit and additional accent pieces taking on the dark red hue, including the grille, headlight and taillight bezels. Any carbon fiber pieces have been redone in silver to match the car as well.

The added luxury even comes with a slight performance bump. Caravaggio has increases the supercharger speed by 15 percent, tacked on a set of stainless steel long tube headers and a cold air intake. Power climbs from 650 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque to 730 hp and an identical amount of torque.

  1. Why no mention of what this bump in luxury and performance costs? Looks nice but how feasible it is depends on COST. UPDATE: Went to their website and the interior ALONE will cost you $23K for the full boat =’s RIDICULOUS.
