Callaway C7 Corvette Aerowagen Gets A Regular Car Review: Video

The Callaway C7 Corvette Aerowagen is one of the rarer modern Corvettes, and none other than Mr. Regular of Regular Car Reviews received a chance to drive one.

In typical RCR fashion, the video is full of puns and doesn’t pull any punches at stereotypical Corvette owners. Because the Aerowagen is certainly not a stereotypical Corvette. Callaway ditches the factory rear window and installs a sexy, edgy tailgate with an elongated roof. But the car isn’t just about aesthetics.

Callaway also plops in its own 2.3-liter supercharger to boost output of the 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine to 757 horsepower over a stock Z06’s 650 hp.

The upgrades don’t come cheaply, though. Callaway asks $14,990 for an Aerowagen conversion, and the company only builds roughly 100 cars per year. If the potential owner wants the new rear end to match the factory color, it’ll cost another $2,980. The aero spoiler is also an optional $1,995.

But enough about the specs. Dive into Mr. Regular’s review of the car up above.

  3. The reviewer above is a dweeb who should have never be allowed to be near this automobile. Perhaps he should have been properly ‘vetted’ ?…
