It’s not every day that you get to see a 1,000hp Cadillac sedan run the track, but also hit the dyno. Then again, this is Hennessey Performance we’re talking about.
This blacked out 2018 Cadillac CTS-V receives the huge HPE1000 Supercharged Engine upgrade. Dyno results show that with the HPE1000 upgrade the Cadillac is capable of creating 1,000 hp and 966 lb-ft of torque. Comparing this to the already amazing baseline numbers of 640 hp with a torque of  630 lb-ft is jaw-dropping. These mammoth power figures have us recalling another souped up LT4-powered monster: the Dodge Challenger Demon-rivaling Exorcist Camaro ZL1. Except far more luxurious.
The upgrade includes the following parts:
• High Flow Supercharger System
• Fabricated Intake Manifold
• Custom HPE Camshaft
• Ported Cylinder Heads
• Upgraded Valve Springs and Retainers
• Upgraded Intake valves & Exhaust Valves
• Upgraded Lifters and Pushrods
• High Flow Intercooling System
• High Flow Air to Air Intercooler
• Long-tube Stainless Steel Headers
• Stainless Steel Midpipes
• High Flow Catalytic Converters
• All Necessary Gaskets & Fluids
• HPE Engine Management Calibration
• Serial-Numbered Dash & Engine Plaques
• Hennessey Exterior Badging
• Hennessey Premium Floormats

No one cares about this Hot Wheels/Speed Racer “toys for boys” garbage, Alex. That’s why you have zero comments on this topic thus far.
Cadillac made its name and profitability by being a luxury brand for adults. The takeover by the “Fast N Furious” crowd is what has been killing the brand, along with killing people due to aggressive driving.
My main man Drew! Glad to see you’re back and still without a clue about Cadillac.
The reason this story has zero comments is because there is nothing to be said. Suffice to say that it generated significantly more traffic than any story about your beloved DTS.
You continue fail to understand what the modern Cadillac is, where it is going, and what it must do… and your comment proves that much.
Is it still true that you have never driven a modern Cadillac vehicle outside of your archaic DTS?
Hennessey Performance needs to demonstrate that the company has confidence in their work by offering a 3-year 36,000 mile warranty for each of their engines so customers can feel confident they’re not throwing their $90K Cadillac CTS-V donor car into a wood chipper.
Would you like the CTS-V more if it was a Corvette sedan?
With all that HP & Torque, the tires can not keep up and breaks loose. It is essential for Cadillac to offer standard Electric AWD for the next generation V Series to evenly match the torque and HP needed for better 0-60 times.
