Allow MBRP To Open Up Your Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 With Its Cat-Back Exhaust: Video

The sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro is, by no means, a poor sounding car. But, the aftermarket exists for a reason. And today’s reason is to make the 2017 and 2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 a meaner sounding machine.

Phastek released video of its MBRP cat-back exhaust system installed on a sixth-generation Camaro ZL1, and it sounds mighty good. The video also confirms the system will install to a sixth-gen Camaro ZL1.

Of course, swapping out the stock exhaust means losing out on GM’s stainless steel system, but we don’t imagine many ZL1 owners will be driving their cars in areas where rust will crop up. We’ll just focus on how well the exhaust does sound.

Video likely doesn’t do the system justice, but you can have a listen in the various clips in the video right up above.
