The 2019 Cadillac XT4 has a price tag in Canada. Buyers looking at the brand’s first compact crossover will be met with a $41,900 price, which includes a $2,000 destination charge.
Like the U.S. market, the XT4 will debut Cadillac’s new “Y” trim strategy. Dedicated Luxury and Sport trims will offer unique content and slight design changes to cater to customers.
The powertrain is Cadillac’s new 2.0-liter LSY turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which makes 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission with second-generation Electronic Precision Shift. A twin-clutch, decoupling all-wheel-drive system is available, as is an available Active Sport Suspension featuring Continuous Damping Control and new electro-hydraulic braking assist.
The XT4 will go on sale in Canada and the U.S. in fall of 2018. In the U.S., customers can begin pre-ordering their XT4 right now.
