We know a lot about the 2019 C7 Corvette ZR1, but Chevrolet hasn’t released some performance specifications, despite the fact the 755-horsepower sports car is now in production. Look no further because now we know the 2019 Corvette ZR1 will clock a 10.6-second quarter-mile time at 134 mph.
During the 12 Hours of Sebring, Corvette Blogger was on hand where Harlan Charles, Corvette Product Manager, confirmed some of the Corvette ZR1’s performance specs at a display showcasing the car. He added that 0-60 mph happens in 2.85 seconds, and the car will do 0-100 mph in just 6 seconds.
The video above also shows Charles revving the Corvette ZR1 to release the bark from its 6.2-liter supercharged LT5 V8 engine. It’s worth the play, trust us.
The first batch of ZR1s has officially exited quality control and are en route to dealerships now.

That’s the quickest way though mid-life……..
Seemed to smoke quite a bit. Can’t wait to hear one with an aftermarket cam in it.
Cant wait i got my order in for one trading in my 2017 Z06 in on it
2.85 with automatic or manual transmission?
Manual… not worth a few miliseconds to throw away the driver engagement. After all, this is a driver’s car. Drive it!
Wrong! You drive a car like this to lay down the fastest times possible! It use to that manuals were the way to go because they were faster but no days the auto transmissions are about a half second faster then manuals which is huge!
I’ll take the option that gets me around the track or threw the traps faster!
Wow
Wouldnt the LS5 be abit quicker considering its an all aluminum motor.(not as heavy)…isnt the LT5 got just aluminum heads.
LT5 is an aluminum block and heads.
Bad ass ride , alas I’m too poor to afford one. I will have to stick to my 540 c.i. Pontiac stuffed into a 79 firebird , all old school.
Holy hell. Amazing American ingenuity. Bragging rights…especially against Tesla. What an awesome beast!
The ZR1 is a mover in a quarter mile. with 755 HP it should do good time. It seemed to smoke somewhat, what’s with that? If someone has lots of money to throw around nice car to own if racing in a quarter mile not so hot if caught speeding on highway. If someone looking to race, I would wait for the C8 mid engine lower to the ground and better balanced.
Not to be an A-hole, but I wouldn’t go trading your 2017 just yet. When Sam Smith at Road & Track drove the new M5, he clocked in a 2.8-second 0-60 time, and a 10.9-second quarter-mile finish at 127 mph. Granted the ZR1 finishes the quarter-mile 3 tenths of a second faster at 134 mph, I was expecting more of a gap versus a 4 door sedan. Wrong driver in traffic with this thing is going to get owned by a sleeper. I’m with Ron, wait for the C8.
How much is the Camaro COPO again?
If I wanna drag, I won’t be wasting money on a Vette.
