Buyers that fancy something a little different from Opel’s lineup will now have the option for two-tone black accents on the Astra, Corsa and Mokka X.
Opel announced the new option on Tuesday, which adds an Onyx Black roof, wing mirrors and black alloy wheels. All three models represent some of the brand’s best-selling cars despite seven new vehicle launches last year. Opel also added the Crossland X, Grandland X and Opel Insignia Grand Sport, Sport Tourer and Country Tourer.
For the Astra, the black accent option will be available on the Astra ON, Dynamic, Innovation and Ultimate trim lines. For Mokka X buyers, they’ll have to select “Color Innovation” trim, and for Corsa consumers, the “Color Edition.”
The three models represent the last Opels full developed under General Motors ownership. The brand’s new owner, PSA Groupe, will work quickly to move the cars onto PSA architectures.
