With such a luxurious property, one would assume the current owner could afford more than a 1996 C4Â Corvette convertible. That’s not the case, though, and this property listing actually includes the Corvette in the sale price.
The Star Tribune reported on the Minnesota-based mansion, which sits on a 2.5-acre lot and spans 10,368 square feet. No word on why the car is included with the home, but we suppose it’s easy to let things go when the budget calls for $1 million-plus homes.
The current listing price for the mansion is $1.45 million, and it’s quite the party house. According to the current owners, they’ve had 100 guests over and it never felt “crowded.” There’s also an indoor pool, 400-bottle wine cellar, a sports court for various activities and a movie theater.
As for the Corvette, it has just 36,000 miles on it.

Or get the mansion without the C4 for 1.44 million…
1 exterior face of masonry and 3 exterior faces of clapboard, and you don’t get any privacy from your neighbours because they cut down all the damn trees. So much for using the woods to break the wind off the house during those cold Minnesota winters.
Lucky them.
We had a house with a lower entry like that, and it was a ‘destination’ for all sorts of after-hours party problems.
Hello, local law enforcement.
Didn’t get the ‘Vette out of it, either.
