Hundreds of vehicles are displayed at the SEMA show each year, and it’s very seldom that each and every one of them is highlighted or spoken about to some degree. Typically, it’s just the brightest-shining stars that tend to soak up all the lime light, but that doesn’t mean the rest of them are duds.
Whilst perusing through old videos and articles that we had stored in our archives, we came across this Chevrolet C7 Corvette Stingray Z51 widebody that was on display at the Stance Craft booth at SEMA 2016. Its widened stance – four-inches up front and seven-inches in the rear – is accented by delicious-looking fifteen52 wheels in a matte gold finish with a chrome lip. We don’t usually get all giddy when it comes to cars with extended fenders and expensive two-piece wheels, but there’s a simplicity about this build that we really enjoy.
The presentation of the engine bay is on par with the rest of the car, and that’s a very good thing. The polished valve cover, induction system, and ProCharger give it a nice pop without overdoing it. Surely a Corvette that’s been modified so tastefully has received loads of attention, right? Well, not really. The video embedded above has a little over 1,000 views.
We want to help it reach a count more befitting of the thought and care that went into building this Stance Craft Corvette Stingray widebody, so be sure to click play and give the top-notch custom car the attention it deserves.
