Twin-Engined Corvette Resides On Extended Truck Frame And It’s For Sale

Project car season is nearly over as much of the country heads into cold weather months, but maybe it’s time to pick up something to tinker with in 2018. If that’s the case, let us present to you this twin-engined, truck-framed C3 Corvette.

The seller states a Chevy S-10 frame helped extend the C3 Corvette beyond its original length and made room for not one, but two 5.7 liter V-8 engines. According to the seller, he or she tuned the Turbo-Hydramatic 700R4 automatic transmission to handle over 600 horsepower, though concrete power figures aren’t available.  The fenders were stretched 26 inches to make room for both engines as well.

It’s not a pretty thing, but we suppose with a little more work, it could be something pretty magnificent and a real conversation piece at local car shows. At $4,500, it won’t break the bank, either.
