Chevrolet Offering Over $9,000 Off 2017 C7 Corvette Z06 Models

There’s one full month left for auto sales this year and that means automakers are throwing a little more cash on the hood. In the 2017 C7 Corvette Z06′s case, it’s a lot of cash, however.

Chevrolet includes the Corvette Z06 in its “2017 Closeout Incentive” offers, and the car qualifies for a 20 percent off MSRP discount. That translates to $9,107 below the car’s $86,700 MSRP. For buyers not interested in the bonkers 650-horsepower sports car, the 20 percent off discount applies to numerous other cars in Chevy’s lineup as well, including the Cruze, Malibu, Colorado, Silverado, Tahoe and more.

Unfortunately, the discount does not include the Chevrolet SS. The brand rolled out the 20 percent off discount twice in its lifetime, but the current Chevrolet offer for any remaining 2017 SS sedans is 72 month/0-percent financing. We have seen individual dealers reinstate the 20 percent, however.

Chevy likely wants to move 2017 Corvettes off of the lot ahead of the 2019 model year, which will include the 2019 C7 Corvette ZR1. It will arrive as the brand’s halo car with 755 hp, easily trouncing the Z06.
