There’s one less second-generation Chevrolet Camaro on the road following a wreck in Springfield, Oregon. Local news affiliate KVAL reports a couple wrecked into each other while driving, which led to the totaled Camaro.
According to the report, Genevieve Daley lost control of her Pontiac Grand Am, spun out, and crashed into a concrete barrier. Her boyfriend, William Grace, followed too closely behind and crashed into the side of her Grand Am before coming to a stop against the same concrete barrier. It’s unclear what caused Daley to spin out on the road.
The wreck damaged both cars extensively, though both sustained only minor injuries. Police say Daley and Grace were both under the influence while driving. Whether drugs or alcohol were the culprits it unclear.
