There’s no two ways about it: the 2019 Corvette ZR1 is a beast. And now, we have its specifications directly from GM.
Hit up the following link to check out the 2019 Corvette ZR1 specifications. And if you so desire, open up the C7 Corvette Z06 specs to compare them against those of the ZR1.
AÂ few notes of interest:
- The new ZR1 is rated as having the same fuel economy as the C7 Corvette Z06; as with the Z06, the 7-speed manual delivers better economy than the 8-speed auto
- The ZR1 has the same final drive ratios as the Z06 (3.42 with the stick and 2.41 with the auto)
- At 39.2 feet, the ZR1 has a larger turning circle than the 37.7 feet of the Corvette Z06
- The ZR1 features the same brakes as the Corvette Z06 with the Z07 performance package: 15.5 inch rotors in the front and 15.3 inches in the rear
- At 3,524 pounds or 1,598 kilos, the ZR1’s curb weight is listed as being the same as that of the Zo6 coupe

Looks like the numbers are better then what was first put out
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
This past saturday was my first time that see one C7 in person, on Bilbao Spain, C7 Stingray Standard in red.
I have been absolutely amazed; awesome; looks like TransFormers car.
Regards from spain!!
Good for you even if this car has been around for a few years in North America. The C8 is soon to arrive…2018…so hope you get a chance to see it soon after its release.
The New ZR1 is another example of GM taking one of their flagship models-C7 Corvette and bringing it to it’s Apex level. For the vaunted Z06 to be runner up to anything, shows how far GM has come and is undoubtedly now a world leader in automobile performance/technology. Happy Thanksgiving.
So why do all the linked photo captions say ‘2016…’?? Sigh.
