Your next ski trip may include a lot more of GMC. GM’s premium truck and SUV division announced an exclusive partnership with Vail Resorts, which operates 13 ski resorts in North America.
With the partnership, GMC will provide an “exceptional brand experience” year-round and offer complimentary vehicle services to guests. The GMC Yukon Denali XL will shuffle guests at select Vail Resorts Hospitality and RockResorts lodging properties in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City and Heavenly.
GMC will also operate a daily private club for destination skiers, which will include oversized lockers, boot driers, light refreshments, a lounge and a concierge service. Expect plenty of GMC vehicle displays and branding at the 13 resorts, too.
“GMC’s ‘Professional Grade’ brand and remarkable attention to design and detail are well aligned with Vail Resorts’ collection of world-class mountain resort destinations,” said Kirsten Lynch, chief marketing officer of Vail Resorts. “We’re looking forward to sharing the GMC experience with guests at our resorts through on-snow activations and complimentary vehicle programs at a selection of our casually elegant lodging properties.”

Good idea – right market for Denali XL.
Especially if you have a ski-in/ski-out and don’t really need a rental. Plus Vail has shuttles.
Sundance Resort in Utah has a similar deal w Lexus, but yeah – pick the family and me up @ Eagle/Vail airport, or Denver – heavy weather, Yukon Denali handles it. Ski bags, luggage, no problem. Nicely done.
This is wheelhouse. Home run.
Just another pig for WRXs and A4s to run circles around headed up to Eisenhower Tunnel.
