1972 Chevrolet “Menace” Corvette To Debut In Covercraft Booth At SEMA 2017

For the first time ever, Heartland Customs will be displaying a car at the 2017 SEMA Show, and the shop’s impending premier custom build looks very promising indeed: the 1972 Chevrolet “Menace” C3 Corvette convertible. As seen above, “Menace” features carbon-fiber body work, European-inspired multi-piece wheels, custom headlights, bold yellow accents throughout the exterior and interior, a striking, dark silver finish, and an AMG-esque side-exit exhaust that lets out just behind the front wheels.

We’re especially fond of that last detail.

“We are very excited to display a car in the Covercraft booth at SEMA 2017,” says Heartland Customs CEO Jeff Page. “This partnership has been a long time coming and we look forward to what the future holds for both of these great companies.”

We’re excited, too, Jeff.

The Chevrolet Corvette is about as quintessentially American as a star-spangled truck tailgate, but we rather think this C3 has gained a lot from its Euro-minded transformation. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section below.
