As we all know, President Donald Trump was not always a politician, but a business man. Along his endeavors, he even touched on the automotive industry. Volo Auto Museum in Volo, Illinois, has officially put one of two 1988 Trump Series Cadillac limousines on display.
The auto museum purchased the Cadillac Brougham-based limousine last month for an undisclosed amount, and it has just 21,000 miles on the odometer. So the story goes, Trump was to commission 5o Trump Series Cadillac limos to be used at his various businesses. Only two were ever made, and the first was given to Trump himself, and the other he purchased for his father.
For the time, the limo was a technological marvel. It featured paper shredders, car phones, VCRs, and a television built in. Of course, the Trump Series Cadillac also features opulent touches such as old-plated and rosewood interior embellishments.
The second Trump Series Cadillac limo remains in England where it sold for $72,000 recently. Those interested in seeing the historical vehicle can stop by the Cars of the Rich and Famous exhibit at the museum.

None should exist… take it to the shredder.
I wonder if they actually upgraded the powertrain? If not I can’t imagine the wheasy 140 HP carbureted Olds 307 moving this thing around with anything resembling forward progress.
