Although the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey is far from over, a new storm has taken aim at the United States: Hurricane Irma. The storm continues to flirt with category four and five status, and it’s the most powerful storm ever recorded in the Atlantic ocean.
States from Florida to North Carolina has been put on high alert, and for those evacuating their areas, the National Corvette Museum has announced it will provide refuge. The NCM announced it will open its parking lots for those needing a place to park their cars, RVs and trailers.
Additionally, the NCM has put together a list of hotel and other lodging areas for those in need of a place to stay as Hurricane Irma threatens so many. The museum says a list of available lodging in the area can be found at the Bowling Green Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Unfortunately, Holley LS Fest is taking place this weekend, which means many hotels have been booked for months, but the NCM reiterated there are outlying areas with accommodations available.
