A Chevrolet dealership is likely thankful for an investment in security cameras after they revealed an attempted thievery of C7 Corvette wheels.
Copeland Chevrolet in Brockton, Massachusetts, was struck by a man who allegedly tried to make off with thousands of dollars worth of Corvette wheels, according to The Enterprise. The suspect’s car was found in a bank parking lot next to the dealership. When police arrived on the scene, they found four lug wrenches, three lug nuts and three lug keys. Lug nuts on multiple C7 Corvettes were found to be loose as well, indicating wheels and tires were the thieves point of interest.
In a bit of humor, the report states the thief had all the essential tools to carry out the job, except one very important one: a jack. Did he expect to lift the Corvettes with super-human strength? We don’t know, but he won’t get a chance to try; the man was arrested and charged with possession of burglarious tools and larceny of motor vehicle parts.

Eradicate these vermin ASAP. No mercy for the scum.
Eradicate? That’s a bit strong, is it?
“the report states the thief had all the essential tools to carry out the job, except one very important one: a jack.”
….
Fu_k him. This guy never had a chance. Friggin’ wasting our oxygen.
A bit strong? No. These miscreants serve no valuable purpose. I have no tolerance for thieves.
Can easily be avoided by storing Corvettes inside. Also keeps these beauties from bird droppings, rain, crap in the air, dust, being keyed, vandalized, etc., etc.,
So he was arrested for thinking about stealing from the dealership? This is just as bad if a law as DWI laws!
Now this guy is dumb but it still doesn’t hide the fact that he really didn’t do anything!
