About Chevrolet Bolt EV
The Bolt EV is the first mass-produced, all-electric vehicle from GM’s Chevrolet brand. In December 2016, the small EV went on sale in two launch states — California and Oregon as production of the vehicle is being ramped up at the GM Orion Assembly Plant in Michigan.
In August, the vehicle has become available nationwide, which is a full month ahead of schedule.

Comments
While some have criticized the Chevrolet Bolt’s appearance.. maybe it’s the vehicle’s name as the Bolt shares a lot of styling cues from the Chevrolet Trax CUV; Chevy should emphasize in commercials how using DC Fast-Charging can recharge the battery at a rate of almost 3 miles per minute.
In August, Bolt EV sales go national so we will see sales go over 2,000 in August and 3,000 in December.
Chevrolet should do commercials emphasizing how cheap charging the Bolt is, the Bolt’s battery has a 60 kilowatt-hour capacity, the average cost in the United States is 12-cents per kilowatt-hour or a full charge is $7.20 which is very affordable to being able to commute 238 miles as the most efficient vehicle in General Motors fleet is the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze Diesel which get an EPA rating of 52 miles-per-gallon and with the average price of diesel costing $2.49 per gallon, the cost to travel 238 miles in the Cruze Diesel would be $11.40.
Electric is 28 cents a kilowatt here in NYC and much of the northeast . Not cheap to recharge . Was going to buy a cheap fiat 500 electric used to have as a city car . Hell no at those prices
