If you’re familiar with YouTuber GuitarmageddonZL1, you already know that most of his video tend to revolve around his fifth- and sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro ZL1s. If you aren’t already familiar, you read that right: this YouTuber owns two ZL1s.
The video above was originally intended to be a burnout competition between him and his girlfriend, but an unexpected flat tire on the fifth-gen soiled those plans. So instead, he takes this time to teach his girlfriend how to do her first-ever burnout.
Watching him talk her through using the line-lock feature on the 2017 ZL1Â stirred up memories of entering video game cheat codes as kids: “Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A.”
Even with the somewhat complicated menu system, it looks like she had a heck of a time burning some rubber, and she didn’t hesitate to say “yes” to a second go. Click play to see the action for yourself.

Wonder what this guy does for a living to 1, afford two of these cars and 2 afford the insurance.
He works at a steel mill and YouTube pays him over $4,000 a month in ad revenue, and he actually just bought a brand new Silverado 1500 that’s worth ~$55,000. His friend StreetSpeed717 has a crazy C7 Z06, a C4, a modified 2007 Duramax, and a corrado VR6. He also has a deposit for the ZR1. He makes $2k-$3k per video, which is like $35,000 a month. The ZL1 guy is almost 30 and the Corvette guy is 23. It’s insane to think that they can make money by living their dream. It’s worth watching them if you have the time.
I saw that. I did a search on his youtube name. Crazy people make money off of youtube. What a lucky guy. Still hard to believe he makes 85k at a mill. Damn wtf did I goto College. I need to start my own youtube
Looking at the Camaro ZL1 in the video, the first thing that came to mind was whether the Camaro ZL1 had sufficient rear down-force and if the wing used as a rear spoiler big enough especially given how pictures of the 2018 C7 Corvette ZR1 has a much larger rear wing.
