The GM Authority Take

Having made its debut for the 2015 model year, the Suburban remains a solid seller for Chevy. Year-to-date sales are up and the model recorded record sales figures in March.

Sales of the Suburban’s shorter brother, the Chevy Tahoe, also saw a sales increase in June. An increase in Suburban deliveries could bode well for GM profitability given that the Suburban and other vehicles that ride on GM’s K2 platform, are significant profit drivers for the automaker.
