Cumulative U.S. sales of GM’s Buick brand increased 28.5 percent to 20,077 units in May 2017.
Retail sales increased 11.5 percent or 1,793 units to 17,360 units, representing 86.5 percent of total Buick sales for May 2017. That compares to 15,567 retail sales in May 2016, which represented 99.6 percent of total Buick sales.
Fleet sales increased 4,854 percent or 2,659 units to 2,717 units, representing 13.5 percent of total Buick sales for May 2017. That compares to just 58 fleet sales in May 2016, which represented 0.4 percent of total Buick sales.

- Buick Cascada sales decreased 26.42 percent to 610 units
- Buick Enclave sales decreased 5.72 percent to 3,017 units
- Buick Encore sales increased 12.3 percent to 7,324 units for its best May ever; retail sales increased 12 percent
- Buick Envision sales increased 4850.56 percent to 4,406 units, celebrating one year in the marketplace and becoming the brands second best-selling nameplate
- Buick LaCrosse sales increased 88.68 percent to 3,183 units; retail sales increased 12 percent
- Buick Regal sales decreased 15.07 percent to 1,043 units
- Buick Verano sales decreased 76.14 percent to 494 units

It’s a bit funny now I see more encores for rentals nowadays

Wait… what?
That’s why I’m thinking is that possible?
Yes it’s a year over year change percentage. It’s what happens when you have a small figure being calculated against a large one.
Cascada sales would increase with a push button start and a more prominent grille design..also updated technology
Also think how the Encore would sell if GM got serious about the powertrains and interior with a proper center console and making the newer more efficient 1.4T std and offering a 1.5T on Sport versions.
The new Enclave plus the coming Envision refresh with likely Avenir varient signal a reasl turning point for Buick as plush Lexus/21 Century doctor’s car.
An Avenir Regal would be great, too, but no such offering will come from PSA Russelheim.
