You may recall a video we shared back in February of a Cadillac Escalade EXT going for a dip in Lake Michigan, after falling prey to its own heft and breaking through the ice atop the lake, but have you ever heard of someone willfully driving their Chevrolet Camaro into a(n unfrozen) body of water? If you haven’t, the video above will remedy that.
We doubt you’ll hear anyone here disagree with the notion that doing donuts on the shoreline with a passenger car is just downright stupid. Sure, if it’s your car, you can do whatever you wish with it (shy of striking down innocent bystanders, Mustang owners). However, that freedom doesn’t change the fact that exposing the components of your vehicle to so much sand and water is sure to wreak havoc. The driver of this Camaro was lucky to have not hydrolocked the engine or gotten the vehicle stuck.
But hey, at least this 32-second clip is entertaining. We would nonetheless advise you not to try this at home.

How frigging stupid!!! This Camaro needs to be listed as a water-damaged vehicle and not be allowed to be sold to an unsuspecting buyer! Also, his new car warranty needs to be voided and his insurance company (hopefully he has insurance) needs to be notified and his policy immediately cancelled……..Very sad…..
