A pair of thieves were greeted with a surprise after jumping into a stolen Chevrolet hearse. According to local news affiliate KBTX, the couple, 28-year-old Tanya Albrecht and 27-year-old Adam Crow, stole an unmarked Chevy hearse from a convenience store in Bryan, Texas.
The unmarked hearse’s driver stopped at a convenience store and left the vehicle running with a corpse inside. When he came out of the store, the hearse was gone. Albrecht and Crow reportedly dumped the unidentified body on the side of the road, likely after discovering the Chevrolet had been modified for hearse duties. These two win the awful human beings of the year award.
Both Albrecht and Crow have been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, while Albrecht alone has been charged with “abuse of a corpse.”

‘Murica!
Where hearse drivers stop at a 3rd rate convenience store, with a body in the back, leave the keys in the car, a wonder why a couple of meth heads would take his ride.
No mention if the body was in a casket, and I’ve never seen a mod-ed Chevy hearse.
And ‘unmarked’ – aren’t most hearses unmarked? I’d hate for my corpse to be a rolling ad for a funeral home.
But whatever – where was this? West Va? Kentucky? Wherever opiod sales are the highest, I imagine. Which unfortunately doesn’t narrow it down by much.
“Chad’s Cads! 515-750-2323! Yes it’s dark — but we’re not afraid to mark!”
… and the engine running.
So for nothing special. On the spectacular element of the story — would you want to travel with a dead corpse in your car? Better get rid of it.
This was in Bryan, Texas.
Ya, I blew by that before. Crazy.
Degenerates…
The end.
Well don’t these two just look like a couple of real winners to begin with. Low life scum.
Yeh, judging from the looks of the guys necktie, he’s prob done some big time with a bunch of other losers.
From the department of useless knowledge: a tatted-up muscular torso is known as a ‘yard-body’ (as in prison yard).
And, yeah, I’m guessing he’s rocking one.
