Not every car can over-perform at Barrett-Jackson, but we think the winning bid on this 2015 C7 Corvette Z06 is a screaming deal.
Why? Because not only has this particular Corvette Z06 been displayed at the Woodward Dream Cruise, Corvettes at Carlisle in August 2016 and Mid-America Corvette Funfest in September 2016, but a two-day racing school session from Ron Fellows was part of the package to give this car a new home.
The winning bidder earned two days of high-performance driving instruction at Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch in Nevada and will walk away from the training a more skilled driver. All of that for nearly $20,000 less than a brand new Corvette Z06.
Sure, there are some Ron Fellows decals on the car, but those can be removed. This Z06 may have been one of the best steals at Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach. And, no, Rick Hendrick did not buy this one. Though, he did buy the first production 2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE.
