The 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 has taken not just the American pony car world by storm, but the sports car world at large, too. That’s evident with track prowess, insane power and technology to take the Camaro ZL1 to new heights.
And now, MotorWeek has had a go with the 2017 Camaro ZL1, with the familiar voice of John Davis walking us through Chevrolet’s latest brute of a Camaro.
As many publications have found, the Camaro ZL1 is a sweetheart on the track, with sophistication and poise through corners and confidence to found in braking. If you’re not a track-day driver, the quarter mile won’t disappoint either, with the Camaro ZL1 clocking an 11.5 second run per MotorWeek testing.
But, as the review states, the latest Camaro ZL1 hasn’t gotten overly sophisticated. It is a Camaro, after all.
It’s not the car’s tendency, but oversteer and powerslides can come on with ease and be controlled with proper skill to show off to your friends. Not to mention, there’s nothing tame about the 6.2-liter LT4 supercharged V8‘s bark. Have a look at the review for yourself right up above.

It is much better to watch the Motorweek show compl;etely on TV (Velocity Channel). That is how I saw this same review.
