The GM Authority Take

The impressive 20 percent gain in Yukon sales further illustrates the ongoing change in consumer behavior dynamics that favors CUVs and SUVs at the expense of sedans and coupes. Fortuitously, the Yukon’s sales performance is highly beneficial to General Motors’ financial performance, since the K2 platform vehicles are some of the most profitable for the automaker.
