Cadillac Brings The Car To Interested Customers For A Test Drive In Russia

Potential Cadillac customers in Russia no longer need to visit a dealership to test drive a vehicle, as a new test drive program enables customers to conduct a test drive when and where they want, thereby making it easier to build it into their (potentially) busy schedules.
Customers simply fill out a form on the Cadillac Russia website (or call a phone number) and specify the time and place that they would like to conduct the test drive. From there, a Cadillac consultant will arrive with the vehicle, give the interested party a detailed overview of the car, and then go for a test drive.
The program is currently available in Moscow (within the limits of the Moscow Ring Road) and only applies to the new Cadillac XT5 crossover.
The GM Authority Take
A great idea, if executed well, and adds a feather in Cadillac’s cap in the competitive Russian market that’s dominated by Audi, Mercedes-Benz and BMW models in the luxury space. Now, if only the service would be available in North America.
