GMC Yukon Sales Grow 23.7 Percent To 12,132 Units In December 2016

Cumulative deliveries of the GMC Yukon totaled 12,132 units in December 2016, an increase of 23.7 percent compared to the 9,807 units sold in December 2015. The 12,132 December deliveries consist of:

• 6,276 deliveries of the regular-length Yukon, an increase of 19 percent compared to the 5,271 units sold in December 2015, and
• 5,856 deliveries of the extended-length Yukon XL, an increase of 29 percent compared to the 4,536 units sold in December 2015

During the 2016 calendar year, cumulative Yukon sales increased just over 22 percent to 90,501 units, comprised of:

• 53,447 deliveries of the Yukon, an increase of 25 percent, and
• 37,054 deliveries of the Yukon XL, an increase of 18.3 percent

In Canada, the Yukon family recorded 300 cumulative deliveries in December 2016, a decrease of 7.4 percent compared to December 2015. The 300 units are comprised of:

• 114 units of the regular-length Yukon, a decrease of about 19 percent compared to 141 units sold in December 2015, and
• 186 units of the Yukon XL, an increase of 1.6 percent compared to the 324 units sold in December 2015

During the 2016 calendar year, cumulative sales of the Yukon family increased 65.5 percent to 5,446 units in Canada, comprised of:

• 2,842 units of the Yukon, up 66 percent over the 1,711 units sold in December 2015, and
• 2,604 units of the Yukon XL, up 64.9 percent over the 1,579 units sold in December 2015
