The Opel Corsa remains one of the brand’s best-selling vehicles, but when the current Corsa E debuted in 2014, it was essentially a heavily revised version of the old Corsa D.
For 2019, though, Opel is going all new with the Corsa D. The Corsa hatchback has been spotted testing in Sweden, likely for cold weather testing as it frolics about in the white stuff.
Opel has not divulged any details on what to expect from the 2019 Corsa F, but we do know the vehicle will be built exclusively in Zaragoza, Spain, after Opel released details on future European vehicle production. Do expect the 2019 Corsa to grow in size a tad to expand legroom for rear seat passengers.
Opel has also been spotted testing a sedan variant of the Corsa F, but it’s unclear if said prototype will be offered in Europe, or head to China as a small Buick sedan.
While the Corsa F is still a way off, Opel has a busy 2017 in store. It will debut seven new vehicle models and variants throughout the calendar year. That includes the Opel Grandland X, Crossland X, Insignia Grand Sport and its variants and a new Opel Vivaro.
