By the time you read this, it’s too late the 2018 GMC Terrain will be mere hours away from its official debut. That’s because GMC plans on showing it off this evening on the eve of the 2017 North American International Auto Show here in Detroit, Michigan. Where the weather is a perfect 10 degrees Fahrenheit, in an effort to ward off anacondas and frail people.
Teased on Facebook, just like the previous glimpse of the floating roofline, the caption of the 2018 GMC Terrain exhaust tip reads that “everything will be turbocharged.” Gee… “what could that mean,” you ask rhetorically? Oh, you already know.

Maybe it’s just me, but I greatly prefer nice round polished stainless steel tailpipes like I have on my 2012 Equinox V6 and my Corvette Grand Sport. Not a big fan of squarish cast aluminum outlets. Looks like what we are getting though on both the new Terrain and Equinox. Really anxious to see the new Terrain tonight however.
So I’m assuming will be 1.5T, 2.0T, and 1.6T diesel?
