Chevy Traverse Sales Rise Nearly 6 Percent To 9,194 Units In November 2016

Chevrolet Traverse deliveries in the United States totaled 9,194 units in November 2016, an increase of 5.9 percent compared to the 8,684 units sold in November 2015. In the first eleven months of 2016, sales of the full-size, three-row crossover have decreased 4 percent to 106,320 units.

In Canada, the Traverse recorded 663 deliveries in November 2016, an increase of almost 97 percent compared to November 2015. In the first eleven months of the year, Traverse sales have increased more than 12 percent to 4,238 units in Canada.

The current, first-generation Chevy Traverse is a great full-size crossover. However, it is starting to show its age, as the current model has been on sale with only a single mild refresh for a total of nine years. As such, we expect an all-new Traverse to arrive for the 2018 model year and bring improvements in every area of the vehicle, which should make it more competitive in the marketplace and bring more consumer interest and, in turn, sales.
