America’s crossover craze will continue when it comes time for the 2017 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, and a major highlight of the show will indeed be the all-new 2018 Chevrolet Traverse — which will ride on GM’s new C1 platform, or Chi, and be new from the ground up.
Earlier today, Chevrolet has graced us with a teaser image of the 2018 Traverse, which showcases its full-size proportions, and provides a glimpse into its general shape and design. Along with the teaser photo, Chevrolet stated the 2018 Traverse will feature a “bold and refined” design with the segment’s best third-row leg room.
The 2018 Chevrolet Traverse will also bring Chevrolet’s recently-introduced trim hierarchy to the Traverse, one of which will include more upscale interior trimmings and D-Optic headlamps that “provide a natural daylight effect with a seamless light quality.”
Chevrolet plans to debut the 2018 Traverse on January 9, 2017.
