1964 Chevrolet Chevelle LS3 SEMA Star Sells For $80,000 At Mecum Anaheim Auction

This 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle features a blown LS3 V8 among other amenities, including a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission, brakes off of a Corvette Z06, Varishock adjustable coilovers, and more. You can see a list of the top features below:

  • Supercharged LS3 engine
  • Tremec 6-speed transmission
  • ChassisWorks rear suspension with FAB9 rear end
  • Varishock adjustable coilover suspension
  • Corvette Z06 brakes
  • Dakota Digital instrument panel
  • American Racing 2-piece Billet wheels
  • Nitto tires
  • Custom paint and interior
  • Frame-off build
  • Custom powdercoating throughout

After being built as a Resto Mod for the SEMA convention, this 1964 Chevelle went on to be auctioned off last week during the Anaheim Mecum auction, where it fetched $80,000.

While we may have our objections to certain cosmetic features, there’s no denying that this was a quality build. The engine bay is a thing of beauty, and it seems that only the best of the best parts were sourced.
