SEMA isn’t just a time for automakers to show off the latest accessories and performance parts for their vehicles, it’s also a time for private builders to bring their best into the public’s eye and show the passion that goes into crafting these vehicles.
That’s only one reason SEMA introduced the “Battle of the Builders” competition, a friendly way for shops and builders to be recognized as the best of the best. This year, it was HS Customs and Cam Miller that took home the coveted award.
Miller brought his client’s 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, nicknamed “Under Pressure”, and won the top prize at the end of the festivities. Miller stated previously he was simply excited to have his creation make it to the SEMA Show. Winning the competition was surreal.
