The Buick Regal Grand National has become a major cult classic. If there were another vehicle that may fall in line with its obscure popularity, it would likely be the Chevrolet El Camino. But, what if you want both?
Well, now you can, because one person spent seven years transforming this 1987 Buick Grand National into an El Camino. That’s right, it’s business up front and a party in the back.
The El National, or Grand Camino, features a 4.1-liter Stage II turbo Buick Performance special block with a laundry list of modifications. Inside, the seller has kept the Grand National interior save for a few minor pieces unique to the El Camino. However, there are custom floormats reading “Grand Camino.”
So, yes, this is a super cool build and one that looks legitimate. Is it time to invest in your next conversation piece? Head to the link here to place your bid. The Grand National / El Camino mashup currently sits at $40,100.
