Check Out This LS3 Swapped 1967 Chevelle Malibu From Holley LS Fest 2016: Video

The 2016 Holley LS Fest was one for the books, with all sorts of LS-powered vehicles and car enthusiasts making their way to the National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky. As you’d expect, there was tons of high-octane racing to be enjoyed by both the racers and the spectators, especially with Lingenfelter calling out all COPO Camaros, and offering up a $10,000 prize.

One car that really wowed the crowd was TJ Johnson’s 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu. The Chevrolet muscle car features an LS3-swap which has been stroked to 417 cubic-inches and is held in place by Hooker Headers swap mounts. Needless to say, it packs plenty of performance, and a lot of the components came from, you guessed it, Holley Performance.

The Chevelle utilizes a Holley EFI Dominator ECU, which is used to control fuel, spark, and the NOS Nitrous Oxide System Solenoids. A beefy Holley 450 LPH fuel pump is also used.

On top of all that, the car’s super clean. Maybe it’s the video editing magic, but the finish on that sharp navy blue paint job is stunning, the body lines are straight, and the interior looks impeccable. A job well done indeed. Hit play to see it for yourself.
