Opel had a lot to talk about earlier this morning during the 2016 Paris Motor Show. The star of the show was undoubtedly the 2017 Opel Ampera-e, which the brand revealed would be capable of 500 kilometers of range, as certified by the NEDC cycle.
If you were away from the action this morning and missed the livestream of the press conference, have no fear. Opel has provided a replay of its conference at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, where CEO Dr. Karl-Thomas Neumann took to the stage to discuss the Ampera-e.
Neumann walked viewers and press through the revolutionary technology powering the Ampera-e, and reiterated its importance to the brand as it embraced an electric future. If you’re sick of the Ampera-e, you can always have a look at the Opel Karl Rocks or Opel Cascada Supreme, which the brand also revealed in Paris.
Enough of us, though. We’ll let Opel do the talking. Check out the press conference in its entirety below.

Damn I was really hoping they bring out the new insignia though
Super nice, I love it.
Now, GM, how is that you don’t have a Cadillac exhibit in one of the most important auto shows in the world?
Really, you want Cadillac to compete worldwide with Mercedes, BMW and Audi and you don’t even try to bring some excitement to the Europeans???
What happened to Cadillac?
They are not at the show at all.
