Cadillac ATS And CTS White Editions Head To Japan, Limited To 20 Units Total

Japan has been on the receiving end of limited edition models for some time, and Cadillac has followed up the ATS Luxury Sport Edition with another limited model.

Cadillac has introduced a White Edition for the ATS coupe and sedan and CTS, featuring exterior and interior appointments worthy of its name.

The Cadillac ATS White Edition arrives in a Crystal White Turi Court paint hue and Light Platinum and Jet Black accents inside. High gloss Sapele wood interior trim is exclusive to the ATS White Edition.

As for the Cadilac CTS, it shares the same Crystal White Turi Court paint hue but receives a Kona Brown interior with jet black accents. Natural Elm wood trim is paired inside and is exclusive to the CTS White Edition.

Pricing for the ATS sedan White Edition starts at ¥5,850,000, or $56,442 USD, while the ATS coupe comes in slightly higher at ¥5,950,000, or $57,407 USD. The Cadillac CTS White Edition will ring in at ¥8,000,000, or $77,186 USD.

Buyers will have to move quickly; only 20 units will be produced between the ATS coupe, sedan and CTS White Editions.

  1. These should be fun to get parts, service, and software updates for. . .

    1. Yea, not to mention if you have a minor fender bender and need to get the paint matched.

  2. If Cadillac spent as much time trying out this type of special editions here at home maybe they would sell more cars.
It shows just how much China means to GM . We get the V Sport and Series and a few blacked out models ( which the latter is a fad ) and I’ve even posted that an all white Cadillac with brushed aluminum or chrome would sell . So why does GM not spend a bit more time trying to please the home market . Remember it was US that brought you back from bankruptcy .

    1. Japan, China, WTF is the difference right? They all have slanted eyes right?

Have you ever thought there might be a marketing strategy behind this? Probably not…

  3. I think they could sell a lot more than 20 in Japan if they were able to offer it with RHD. It is my understanding that the Alfa chassis was not engineered to have RHD flexibility. A shame as it appears the Mustang was been successful in those RHD countries and I think the Camaro and ATS might appeal to more buyers if they were offered with RHD.

  4. All that is really any different is that it appears to be a whiter white than Chrystal white.

If they tried to sell it for those US dollars in the US, it wouldn’t sell, except to some rich collector, like they are
    try to do in Japan.

A couple years ago anyone could order a special darker crimson red ATS. Some special limited run colors create interest.
