Opel is gearing up for a major launch, and it’s not a new vehicle. The Opel Arena is scheduled to officially open on August 7, 2016, and the automaker has a major celebration in store.
To start, a matchup featuring 1. FSV Mainz 05 and Jürgen Klopp’s Liverpool FC will take place on the inaugural day, followed by live music on the center stage.
Opel will also bring an Adam Rallye driving simulator the Opel merch truck for all your favorite Opel swagger and the CarUnity event tent to the summer festival.
If that’s not enough, Opel will invite six lucky attendees to sit directly next to the benches during the game. Of course, they will be red, Opel branded sofas.
Opel states a small batch of tickets are still available for the event, but are going quickly.
