It’s that time, Corvette faithful. Chevrolet has let the 2017 C7 Corvette Grand Sport configurator go live. Now, it’s time to build your perfect Corvette Grand Sport and see just how much it will set you back. Or, just browse around for fun.
As we were aware, the 2017 Corvette Grand Sport will start at $66,445. That starting price nets you the Stingray’s 6.2-liter LT1 V8 engine mated to a seven-speed manual gearbox. Of course, the eight-speed auto is optional for $1,725.
Standard equipment includes plenty of Z06 trickle-down cues, as well as Grand Sport CUP-style wheels, and Michelin Pilot super sport summer-only tires. The combination is good for 1.05 g in cornering capability.
If a base model isn’t your thing, the 2LT checks in at $70,900, and the range-topping 3LT carries a price tag of $76,190.
We opted for the 3LT trimmings in Admiral Blue, specced our interior in Adrenaline Red and slapped on a set of optional Satin Black, aluminum wheels with red striping for an additional $1,495. Of course, we also chose the Z07 package, which also tacked on another $7,995. Our grand total? $86,270.
