1978 C3 Corvette Stolen During Woodward Dream Cruise

It’s always with a heavy heart we must report these stories. It seems as if it’s almost inevitable that a few unlucky individuals have their day ruined by theft during the Woodward Dream Cruise.

Click On Detroit reports Kelly Robinson was attending the 2016 Woodward Dream Cruise in her 1978 C3 Corvette when she parked her vehicle in Ferndale, Michigan behind Rosie O’Grady’s. When she and her family returned, the 1978 Corvette had vanished.

“It’s a 1978 Corvette, I bought it when I was 23 years old. This is my 17th summer with it,” said Robinson. “I thought this was going to be something I’d have for the rest of my life and be able to pass down to my niece someday. I thought I was going to enjoy it for many more years to come.”

If you have any information on the 1978 Corvette please contact Ferndale police so we can collectively return this special car to a fellow enthusiast.
