The National Corvette Museum is preparing for yet another party. This time, it’s the NCM’s 22nd anniversary, which will coincide with the induction of its 2016 hall of fame nominees.
The NCM has provided a detailed outline of happenings, which begin on September 1, and run through September 3. Beginning on September 1, the event opens with a poker run, while other events run simultaneously throughout the day. Included in the happenings are educational classroom sessions on certain Corvettes, their powertrains and even a zoo tour. Touring laps are also part of the event, too.
Before the day ends, Chevrolet will be on hand to give a hands-on look at the 2017 C7 Corvette and its changes coming for the model year.
September 2nd will include the 2016 Hall of Fame induction ceremony, while a Celebrity Car Show goes on outside, too.
